this not not your starbucks chai. she is speeci-spicy, but balanced beautifully with real maple sugar! the marshmallow is spiced with a blend of black tea, ginger, roasted cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and clove from an excellent chai company - a south-indian-woman-owned small business called madhrasi chai. these super-spiced chai marshmallows are then tossed in hometown-made maple sugar. they’re a fun blend of SPICE & SWEET; the perfect representation of vermont.
- Size: Bag of 10 handcut ~1.25x1.25" marshmallows
- Ingredients: Sugar, light corn syrup,* golden syrup, gelatin, chai spices, maple sugar, vanilla, salt
- 100% fructose free
- Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 4 months; in freezer they can keep up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
