We are currently accepting applications to join our store team during the busy fall and holiday season and year-round.
Store Team members are responsible for providing a quality customer experience for visitors, which includes:
- Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers
- Engaging with customers on our mission, specific products and gifting needs
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront
- Restocking product and tidying displays
- Providing feedback on product and category performance
- Communicating with managers and store owners regularly
- Answering customer questions by phone and email
- Assisting with additional tasks, such as warehouse tasks, pulling online orders, merchandising new product, restocking supplies, social media management, content creation, and much more.
All store team members must have an interest in working at least 1 weekend day per week. Store team applicants interested in part time work - must be available to work at minimum 2 days per week or 15 hours per week. Ideal candidates would be available for 20+ hours per week.
All store team members must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly without assistance, and bring inventory up and down stairs without accommodation.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- We are curious what your plans are for the weekend after Thanksgiving - will you be available to work Black Friday or Small business Saturday?
- Will you be available to work in the days leading up to Christmas: December 18 - December 24?
