SALES ASSOCIATE AND social Media Specialist

We are currently accepting applications to join our store team!

Store Team members are responsible for providing a quality customer experience for store visitors, which includes:

  • Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers
  • Engaging with customers on our mission, specific products and gifting needs
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront
  • Assisting team with daily social media needs - taking photos, filming video, editing content, writing captions, and posting to social media
  • Restocking product and tidying displays
  • Providing feedback on product and category performance
  • Communicating with managers and store owners regularly
  • Answering customer questions by phone and email
  • Assisting with additional tasks, such as warehouse tasks, pulling online orders, merchandising new product, restocking supplies, social media management, content creation, and much more.

All store team members must have an interest in working at least 1 weekend day per week. Ideal candidates available for 10 - 20 hours weekly.

All store team members must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly without assistance, and bring inventory up and down stairs without accommodation.
