STORE TEAM (+ HELP WITH SHIPPING, SOCIAL MEDIA, E-COMMERCE, ETC)


 


We’re looking for a creative and fun individual to join our store team as a Retail Sales & MORE(!) rockstar

Ideal candidates are available 20 - 40 hours per week, with at least one shift during the weekend. We are currently hoping to find someone available for Sunday + Mondays. 

If you have a passion for small business, a keen eye for aesthetics, and love connecting with customers both in-store and online, this might just be your dream job.

What you'll do on the retail end of things 

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming everyone and helping them find the perfect gift
  • Learn and share the stories behind the makers, artists, and brands we carry
  • Support day-to-day shop operations like ringing customers, restocking, cleaning, and tidying
  • Assisting with other operations, such as receiving, backstock, warehouse management, and shipping
  • Bring warmth, personality, and knowledge to every interaction

What you'll do on the (AND MORE) side of things... could be all or just a few of these things

  • Assist with social media content creation and community management. 
  • Develop and execute strategies for growing social engagement and audience over time with clear growth goals
  • Assist store manager with different store management tasks on manager's days off
  • Populate website with products 
  • Join team efforts to receive inventory through check in process
  • Pack and ship outgoing orders 
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person 
  • Keep backstock room and warehouse area organized and tidy
  • And honestly... soooo much more! 

 

  • Must have ability to work at least one weekend shift, and an understanding that the holidays are CRAZYYY - so not being available during Black Friday weekend and/or the week leading up to Christmas is a no-go.
