Exchange-at-Door Process 2022

**** We are open all hours of our pick-up times now so you do not need to do exchanges at the door!!! **** 

Thank you for your understanding as we try to keep our community, team, and families safe. Until we re-open to in-store shopping, please follow this process for bringing an item back for an Exchange-at-Door. If you are mailing an item back to us for exchange, please email hello@commondeer.com (or reply to your order confirmation email) to get a Return Authorization. 

STEP 1: CAN YOUR ITEM BE EXCHANGED?
Most items purchased between Sept 1 and Dec 24, 2021 are exchangeable for store credit (sorry no refunds ever). Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags/packaging. The following are always final sale: edible/drinkable, body products, greeting cards, holiday items, custom box contents, and items purchased at 20%+ off. Items purchased before Sept 1, 2021 are no longer eligible for exchange. The exchange window for holiday gifts closes Jan 31, 2022. Items purchased after Dec 24, 2021 are back to typical exchange window of 14 days. Full return policy here. 

STEP 2: DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT OR ORDER NUMBER?
If yes, skip to STEP 4.

STEP 3: IF NO RECEIPT, CAN YOU HELP US FIND THE SALE?
If purchased online, provide us the original purchaser’s name.
If purchased in-store, we need the date it was purchased AND a description of another item on the purchase. If you do not have these details above, please contact the original purchaser.

STEP 4: WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR?
Visit commondeer.com and pick out a few items you’re interested in. If you do not have something picked out OR the size/color you desire is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit.

STEP 5: WE GET INVOLVED!
Once the above info is collected, please email it all to hello@commondeer.com in advance of arriving to the store to speed up the process in case an item is out of stock.
