Started in 2019 by Alexx Shuman, a classically-trained pastry chef & a former marshmallow kid, Nomadic Kitchen is Vermont's first marshmallow confectionery. Alexx & her team use their vast knowledge of flavor, texture, and sugar to create handcrafted, boldly flavored confections that pull us out of space & time, creating moments of instinctual pause & appreciation for the magic of the present moment.
