We never guarantee transit times. We are DONE shipping out orders for the season (cut off was Dec 23 at 12 pm EST). Any orders placed after that time will be shipped after our staff break. The coupon is set up to thank the customers that have placed an online order with us during the pandemic - regardless of the size of the order or how many orders you have placed with us in the last year. 

Enter COMMUNITY10 on an order over $50 of non-sale items before 3/17/21. Make sure you are using an email address that was used to make a purchase in this past year!!

HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE CODE TO WORK?

Please confirm that you in fact placed an ONLINE order with us in the last 365 days. In-store purchases in the last year will be sent an offer later (if you provided an email address). Currently, the community coupon code is only valid for those that placed an online order. Everyone on our email list received the notice about the coupon. 

2. Confirm you are using the email address that you used on your original order from earlier in the year. Search your email inbox for info@commondeer.com or Common Deer or hello@commondeer.com to see which email address your original order went to. Make sure when you checkout on our website, that you're using this email address. The code will ONLY work for those that have made an online purchase with us in the last year. 

3. Are you using the coupon properly?

- Make sure your order amount reaches the minimum noted without clearance/sale items included in this total before shipping/taxes. 

- Has the coupon code expired - please refer to the marketing email to determine the date of expiration. 

 

Still having trouble?

If you feel there is an error, please email your order number from the last year to hello@commondeer.com and ask us to review the email address to make sure that it is included in the promotion. If you have having trouble with the items in your cart - please make sure that the items in your cart do not say "on sale" on the product pages (this might not show in your cart). Also, make sure that you have hit the minimum amount.
