Donation and Sponsorship Requests

Thank you for your interest in working with us!

Due to the volume of requests we receive for donations and sponsorships, we regretfully are not able to say 'yes' every time. Please also note that the pandemic has been hard for our retail business, so we are unable to donate to organizations outside of our own programs currently. 

We review completed applications monthly and sometimes on a rolling basis. We encourage you to get in touch early, as we have a limited quarterly quota for donations and sponsorship funds. 

Common Deer is particularly interested in organizations, events, and programs that align with our values.

1. Promotion of the Arts and Arts Education  

2. Wildlife and Habitat Conservation 

3. Burlington Community Issues 

Please send all donation and sponsorship inquiries to info[a]commondeer.com w/ the subject line "Donation Inquiry: [your event/organization].  Please attempt to include the following information in  your donation request to us: 

- Location of organization and area serving

- Is your organization registered as a 501c3? If you are a for-profit organization hosting a fundraiser for another organization, please provide a note about this. 

- What is your organization's mission?

- What is the due date of the donation?
