We love roses almost as much as lavender thanks to the many varieties that thrive in the Rio Grande Valley and the historic Rose Greeley Garden at Los Poblanos. Rose Sugar adds a delicate botanical sweetness and light aroma to your favorite cocktail.
This blend adds a soft, sweet accompaniment to tart gin-based drinks. We recommend a Lemon Drop, French 75 or Cosmopolitan. Try a light coat on your champagne glasses for an elevated floral touch.
Expert tip: Rose Sugar is perfect for sweetening coffee and hot or iced tea, making icing, and topping cookies and other baked goods.
